All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Cold items, expedited orders and orders over $400.00 may require a signature upon delivery. Please note that although you may select expedited shipping, the pharmacy may take 48 to 72 hours to process your prescription. GetResultsRX.com (We) will not be held liable for packages left unattended. Changes to shipping address once in process will incur a $13.95 intercept fee. Your local FedEx driver may determine that your package requires a signature upon delivery, this is beyond the control of us or the pharmacy.
We have partnered with several compounding pharmacies throughout the US and you may receive your prescription orders in separate shipments depending on product availability.
Trim Nutrition supplements are shipped from Clearwater, FL separately from any prescription order.
Most prescriptions and orders will routinely be shipped within 48 – 72 hours of purchase however there may be delays in processing due to stock status, inclement weather, and other such issues.
Prescriptions for cold items received after 11:00 am EST Thursday will be held for shipment until the following Monday to ensure product arrives cold. Inclement weather and certain holidays may delay shipping and we cannot prevent these delays and do not accept liability. You will receive a tracking number directly from FedEx when your order is processed by the pharmacy or our shipping department, please check your email (including spam folder).
NON-REFUNDABLE: Our products are for human consumption and are not refundable under any circumstance. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact FedEx and your Wellness Advisor immediately upon receipt at 1-877-659-6050. Do not throw anything away. You may be required to supply picture documentation if necessary. Replacements will not be considered after 72 hours from the time of delivery.
