We educate you prior to your online telehealth consultation and provide you with on-demand videos to guide you through the process.

We only work with FDA-registered and inspected human outsourcing facilities that employ rigorous testing standards to ensure the highest quality, consistency and sterility for your protection for all ED treatment therapies.

We also work with specialty sterile pharmacies for your vitamin and peptide therapies.

We have created multiple videos to educate you on how to mix, how to inject the medication painlessly, and what to do if your erection does not begin to subside after 3 hours.

We share our knowledge with you on how to properly use this therapy so you can have more enjoyable sexual experiences.

There is nothing light and humorous about ED – it’s a medical issue affecting many men. There is no need to be ashamed.

Erectile dysfunction is, under most circumstances, a treatable medical condition.

A man’s ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory erection declines due to various factors, such as:

  • Age
  • Psychological factors (including performance anxiety and loss of interest in sex)
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Smoking

Our goal is to help you have a satisfactory erection so you can focus on sex.

The primary reason to choose injection therapy over other therapies is that you are dissatisfied with the undesirable side effects of FDA-approved oral and other medications.

Penile injection therapy generally produces reliable, predictable and consistent results and it’s inexpensive – each vial contains 500 units and a dose is between 5–20 units in most circumstances so you can get up to 25-100 uses out of a single vial of medication.

Penile injection therapy has been used successfully for over 25 years without the undesirable side effects of FDA-approved oral medications.  The side effects are very rare but can happen if you use too much and we tell you how to deal with an erection that lasts more than 3 hours.

It takes a commitment to inject at first, but it is almost painless and well worth a couple of seconds of discomfort for the wonderful results and you will soon get used to it.

Since this therapy is a life-style commitment it may take a few times to determine the dosage that is right for you – no more than once per day and no more than every other day. You should learn to inject on opposite sides each time.

Penile Injection Therapy:

  • Avoids the undesirable side effects of oral medications
  • Your erections will be strong and reliable
  • It works consistently
  • Helps eliminate performance anxiety
  • Works in 5-10 minutes and lasts 1-3 hours
  • Allows you to focus on the other aspects of sex

The undesirable side effects of FDA-approved oral medications include:

  • Stuffy head
  • Congestion – hard to breathe through your nose
  • Headache
  • Seeing blue lines
  • Lower back pain
  • Sex planning (by having to take oral medications 60 minutes in advance – with possibility of wasted doses)
  • Meal planning (oral medications work best when taken on an empty stomach)
  • You should not consume alcohol while taking oral medications
  • Possible interaction with certain other medications such as nitrates

We supply 31 gauge diabetic size syringes like children with diabetes use – very tiny needle, your medication, mixing solution, and alcohol wipes. We also include the injectable antidote with your first order at no charge to give you additional comfort and security.

Remember to start low and go slow. It may take a few attempts to find your right dosage and medication.

You should purchase Sudafed® 30 mg pseudoephedrine, the oral antidote, at the pharmacy counter. You don’t need a prescription. Federal law prohibits us from shipping it to you.  Keep it on hand in the unlikely event that you need it. You must purchase it at the pharmacy counter, not in the aisle.

Go to the pharmacy counter and ask for it by name. The pharmacist may suggest a long-acting option — say no and stick with the Sudafed® 30mg pseudoephedrine pills.  It’s less than $10. You will have to provide your driver’s license. Keep it on hand just in case you may, in the rare event, need to use it as an antidote.

Do not use penile injection therapy if you have: hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of these formulations (Papaverine HCL, Phentolamine Mesylate, Prostaglandin E1, or Atropine Sulfate); conditions predisposing you to priapism (painful erection lasting 4 hours or more); sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia; anatomical deformation of the penis or penile implants; direction by your physician that sexual activity is inadvisable or contraindicated, or severe cardiac disease.

Remember to start low and go slow. It may take a few different attempts to find your right dosage.

This is a very rare side effect that usually occurs from injecting too much medication.

Even though it is very rare for patients to experience an erection that does not begin to go down after 3 hours, it is important for you to be fully educated of your options.

Option 1: Take Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine 30mg, Purchased at the Pharmacy Counter)

If you experience the rare event of an erection lasting more than 3 hours, you may take 4 Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) 30mg (purchased at the pharmacy counter, no prescription needed) by mouth once and apply an ice pack between your legs at 20 minute intervals.  If your erection does not begin to go away within the next hour then your will need to inject the included antidote of Phenylephrine HCl Injection.

Option 2: Inject Phenylephrine HCl (Included in Your Initial Order)

In the extremely rare occurrence that your erection has not started to go down after ejaculation or an hour after taking 4 Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) tablets and applying the ice pack between your legs for 20 minutes, then you will need to administer the injectable penile antidote, Phenylephrine HCl (included in your first order). This antidote is already pre-mixed.

Inject the Phenylephrine HCl directly into your penis just like you injected the original medication (although now your penis will be fully erect). You can review the injection process video at any time (click here to view the instructional video). It will be easier to see the veins that you need to avoid in an erect penis.

Inject 25 units of Phenylephrine HCl 0.1% into your penis. This can be injected at either side of the penis. After injection, the injection site should be compressed and lightly massaged to facilitate drug distribution.

If your erection does not begin to go down after 5 minutes, inject another 25 units. Repeat this process up to a maximum total of 4 injections of 25 units in 5 minute intervals. Do not exceed 100 units.

Again, this is a very rare side effect that usually occurs from injecting too much medication.

If your erection still does not start to go down within 1 hour after the injection of Phenylephrine HCl, then take pictures of all your medications and go to the emergency room.
